This is a new 3 piece copper backsplash finished 8-9-2010.  There will be a better image online after I get the backsplash installed in it's new home.  Mr. Al McDaniel requested a copper backsplash for his new kitchen that would reflect his career as a gourmet chef.  After talking about which elements of the chef's trade to include in the copper the idea of incorporating chicken, cow, duck was really a cool way to make the piece more visually active.   The  full size image can be seen in the Torch Painted Copper Gallery.

I create one work of art at a time and I do it well.  There are no commercially produced parts in the sculptures; all the elements are designed, fabricated and polished in my studio.
